Vadovaudamasi Lietuvos Respublikos vietos savivaldos įstatymo 103 straipsniu,
16 straipsnio 7 dalimi, Nacionaline klimato kaitos valdymo politikos strategija, patvirtinta Lietuvos Respublikos Seimo 2012 m. lapkričio 6 d. nutarimu Nr. XI-2375, Panevėžio miesto savivaldybės taryba n u s p r e n d ž i a:
1. Pritarti Ekstremalios klimato kaitos deklaracijai.
2. Pavesti Savivaldybės administracijai iki 2020 m. gruodžio 15 d. parengti ir teikti Savivaldybės tarybai tvirtinti Tvarios energijos ir kovos su klimato kaita veiksmų plano projektą.
